  • How do Savvy Traveler Vacation Certificates work?

    1. Sign up. In order to buy a Savvy Traveler Vacation Certificate you must be a registered member of the Savvy Traveler Rewards Program. Please login or create a new account. You may also use your Facebook or Google account to complete this step.

    2. Select certificate. Choose from Puerto Vallarta or Cancun, two of Mexico’s top sunny beach destinations. Five-Diamond romance, outdoor adventures, family fun as well as adults only options and Luxury Residences with additional privileges are all available.

    3. Customize your stay (optional). All certificates are based on an all-inclusive 3-night stay for 2 adults. However, you can add more nights and guests or change the all-inclusive to room-only plan. It’s up to you!

    4. Pay. By clicking the green button (Buy Now), you will be redirected to our payment page. A full-payment deposit is required to complete your purchase (including room rate, taxes and services).

    5. Redeem. Once you know your travel dates, all you have to do in order to redeem your Savvy Traveler Vacation Certificate is quote your coupon number when making your reservation.



  • How much time in advance do I need to make my reservation?

    Subject to availability, you may redeem your certificate and make your reservation as soon as your payment is processed. To secure the dates you prefer, you are advised to make your reservation as soon as you know your travel dates.

  • Are there any blackout dates?

    Yes. Blackout dates apply for all Savvy Traveler Vacation Certificates. Blackout dates include: from November 16 to 26, 2017. From December 24 to January 1st (Christmas and New Year); all weekends in the month of December (Fri, Sat, and Sun); easter week.
