A brand-new spa, Spa Imagine Cancun, is scheduled to open in early winter 2021, at the prestigious Garza Blanca Cancun Resort & Spa in Mexico.

Spa Imagine sits on the fourth floor and overlooks the sparkling Caribbean Sea. It is a space that conveys mysticism and tranquility. Guests are invited into a clean, white, and elegant space with gold accents and mirrors that act as a metaphor for reflection and discovering oneself during this experience. The space is conceived with natural textures and finishes (stone and wood) according to the very essence of the place. In addition, the aim of the spa is to cultivate a culture of personal care through natural products, which guests will be encouraged to continue using at home.

The concept of this luxury spa is based on nirvana, a place free from suffering. Both the design of the spa and the treatments offered bring the guest into a higher state of consciousness. It is the place where body and soul move to the height of heaven.

The Heart of Nirvana

The Spa’s Hydrotherapy Circuit is where the nirvana experience begins. Guests are encouraged to arrive one hour prior to their scheduled treatment to take advantage of the spa’s wet areas. Ever since ancient times, water has been used for its healing properties. Soaking in water at different temperatures can have a positive effect on health and ice-cold water can prevent inflammation of joints.

The double-height space offers the best in hydrotherapy with a sauna, ice cold plunge pool, a vitality pool, a high pressure shower, and relaxation loungers in an area with a window to the sky that allows guests to connect with the infinite horizon. This is a place to rest and relax prior to receiving blissful therapy treatments.

The cabins are designed for purification and create a tranquil environment with soft lighting, aromatherapy, relaxing music, and state-of-the-art adjustable therapy beds all key to reaching a state of nirvana. The treatments at the spa incorporate ancient healing techniques combined with the latest technological advances while highly trained therapists guide guests towards a divine experience.
