- The benefits of the Come Together program apply only to all-inclusive bookings at our resorts in Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, and Cancun.
- Valid for bookings of a minimum of 5 rooms for at least 3 nights.
- Benefits apply to all room categories. Multi-bedroom units count as 1 room.
- Maximum of 2 complimentary suites per group, applicable to the base category.
- One complimentary room upgrade per group (not applicable to penthouses).
- All reservations travelling together as part of the social group must be identified by the client in order to claim the benefits. Unidentified groups are not eligible for benefits or complimentary services.
- Private group check-in applies only when arrivals are scheduled within a 3-hour window.
- Rooming list is required at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- Group activities may vary by destination and season. The Come Together program may not be combined with certain exclusive promotions or additional Residential & Family programs.
- Benefits and inclusions are not redeemable for cash or credits. There are no refunds for unused benefits.
- Benefits apply only to selected room categories as specified in the program conditions.
- Additional blackout dates may apply during high demand periods.
- Hotel Mousai Cancun and Hotel Mousai Puerto Vallarta are adults-only properties.
