A series of inspiring happenings will launch on Friday May 5th, 2017 in honor of the Mexican national holiday, Cinco de Mayo, which commemorates the Battle of Puebla (Franco-Mexican War from 1861-1867), and will continue throughout the month of May, with a special Mexican Festival being held on Saturday May 20th that is open to both guests at the hotels as well as locals who wish to purchase tickets for the special event. A renowned guest chef from Mexico will also be joining in the cultural celebration, presenting a special Mexican menu.
Garza Blanca Preserve and Hotel Mousai will be inviting guests at the hotels to enjoy an exposition of local fare and crafts each weekend throughout May in the Lobby at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa.
