Expressive of the unique Valle de Guadalupe terroir and in partnership with the renowned El Cielo Winery, known for its award-winning astronomically themed wine blends grown across 86 acres, the TAFER Voyage Collection encompasses three exceptional varietals – Phoenix, a woody Cabernet Sauvignon blend of franc, merlot and malbec; Stellar, a refreshing chardonnay with notes of pineapple, guava and nutmeg; and Solstice, a rosé blend of zinfandel, malbec and sangiovese with notes of peach and citrus.

As part of the official launch of the Voyage Collection, TAFER Hotels & Resorts will be hosting a series of dynamic culinary and wine pairing events at its luxury resorts throughout Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos and Cancun in February and March 2024. Attendees will enjoy an exclusive first taste of the TAFER wines – with guidance by El Cielo Winery’s Sommelier, Georgina Estrada - along with an expertly paired, multicourse menu of seasonal dishes curated by distinguished local and regional sommeliers and chefs including Javier Plascencia (Jazamango, Erizo, and Finca Altozano), Mario Papa García (Teté Cocina de Barrio) and Chef Dante Ferrero (Dante Brasa y Fuego).
