From time to time we offer special deals that include Resort Credit when you purchase. You can use the Resort Credit to buy premium goods and services at the hotel during your stay, such as premium food and beverage, spa services, private chef, laundry and dry cleaning, candlelit dinner.

Enhance Your Stay With Premium Services

When you book an all-inclusive stay, certain foods and beverages are included, but with your Resort Credit you can enjoy even more!

Premium Food and Beverage

Resort Credit is valid toward any food and beverage on the property. You could use your Resort Credit for a fine meal in one of the restaurants. Enjoy a nice dinner without even opening your wallet when you use your Resort Credit! You could also opt to use your Resort Credit for premium snacks and drinks at the pool. It’s up to you, but either way it’s nice not to have to bother with the bill.

Candlelit Dinner

Why not indulge in the ultimate dining experience? Use your Resort Credit to book a private candlelit dinner in your suite or on the beach! Take advantage of this premium service to pamper yourself and your partner.

Spa Services

Resort Credit can also be used for spa treatments. All of our properties have world class spas, so why not try them out? Use the Resort Credit to book a 50 minute or longer spa treatment of your choice! Maybe you would like to try a massage, a wrap, a mask, or try getting your makeup or hair done. Our best advice is to try something you don’t normally at home, try something different and prepare to be surprised and delighted! That is what vacation is all about.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning

On a more practical level, sometimes you need assistance with washing your clothes during your vacation. You can use your Resort Credit for laundry and dry cleaning service on the property. Simply call the front desk or the concierge to schedule a pickup time.

Private Chef

You can use your Resort Credit for private chef service in your suite. If you have a One-Bedroom suite or larger, we can send a chef to your room to cook any type of meal you like, from Mexican to Italian to Spanish or any other kind of cuisine. This is a great way to take advantage of the perks of staying at any of our high end resorts. Our chefs are here to serve you!

Things You Need to Know

Resort Credit works like a coupon or a voucher**. There are a few things you need to know in order to make the best use of your Resort Credit.

Gratuities

When you use Resort Credits, tips and gratuities are not included. So please be prepared to pay cash for tips to waiters, bellboys or other hotel staff when tipping is appropriate.

Final Statement

When you check out, the Resort Credit will be applied to your final statement. There you can see your expenses and how the Resort Credit was applied.

Non-transferrable

If you still have some unused portion of your Resort Credit when you check out, it is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, so it’s best to use up the entire portion of the Resort Credit while you are staying at the hotel. You can’t save it for next time or give it to a friend.
