Lunchtime Menu at Aquazul

Just as the popular winter season arrives, the Aquazul restaurant at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa in Puerto Vallarta has launched a new menu that combines all of your favorite dishes from the last menu with some truly delectable additions to tantalize your taste-buds. There is also a new selection of Signature Cocktails which have been created to evoke those pool-side memories. We invite you to try our new delights when you next visit. Provecho!

New Lunch Menu

The new lunch menu at Aquazul can be found at the beachside snack bar, and by the pools from 11:00 – 18:00. Enjoy your lunch while flanked by the ocean, warmed by the sun, and entirely relaxed.

The highlights of this new menu at the Aquazul are the Chef’s Specialities. These include a wonderful Pita Salad with tasty shrimp, lettuce, and spinach, the Tuna Bagel, and Ceviches (these are traditional dishes which sees the catch of the day or shellfish cooked in lime juice). Your old favorites are still available, however, so if you enjoy a club sandwich, or love guacamole chips and dip, you’ll still be able to find them here. Signature Cocktails

Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa is very lucky to have a great mixologist who has created a new range of Signature Cocktails especially for the Aquazul snack bar and restaurant. All of these can be prepared with or without alcohol, too! Alongside the more traditional cocktails prepared with rum, gin, vodka, bourbon, and tequila, there are some which include distinctly Mexican flavors like mescal, and arbol chili.
